World patent PCT
Filing of the international patent PCT (Patent Cooperation Treaty) as of October 31st 2008 was necessary as potential interested parties were also active globaly and international.
We could come to market only now, because execution of the preliminary international audit report (see attachment PDF-File (german only)) took until november 2009.
A personal conversation either in Unterägeri/Zug (Switzerland) or in Munich/Germany can be arranged any time.

The sherbet ball (different flavours for example lemon, orange, rasperry, woodruff) in combination with an alcoholic beverage of any kind, where the combination takes place at the moment of consumption (also Prosecco, Vodka, schnapps et cetera). Claim 01 to 05.
The sherbet ball set:
Composed of an alcoholic beverage in direct combination with the sherbet ball, for example several balls in a double screwtop and/or double bottom in the bottle, or a fixed tag at the bottle neck, see the following drawings: Doppelschraubverschluss

Claim 06 to 10.
The stand-alone use of the sherbet ball for any use in combination of beverages of all kind or just as a special experience of the release of the sherbet powder by breaking the ball with the teeth. This gives a buzz through the immediate foaming of the powder. Claim 12 and 13.
The sherbet ball gives the special drinking experience.
