This new technology surpasses the current state of processing by far. Up to now there doen't exist a thin walled capsule made of eatable material that can be easily broken by biting on it, filled with loose sherbet powder.
Because of the hygroscopic nature oft sherbet powder, it is mandatory that the environmental conditions meet defined requirements, during and after handling. E.g. in order to minimize the hygroscopic capacity of the powder, the humidity must probably not exceed 20%.
